As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for a customizable web and mobile work management platform product that the organization carries in their product portfolio. You will be involved in engaging new customers and existing pipeline via phone and email while acquiring knowledge on SAAS Work OS Tools and the platform’s Apps, API and Custom Integration.

You will be involved in engaging new customers and existing pipeline via phone and email while acquiring knowledge on SAAS Work OS Tools and the platform’s Apps, API and Custom Integration.

Adecco is collaborating with an IT service provider client headquartered in Singapore with their footprints in strategic Asia Pacific cities. Our client provides solutions such as system integration, cloud-based networking, security, work OS, IT components, and other IT related services.

Our client is currently looking to hire for a Sales Specialist to specialize on a customizable web and mobile work management platform product that they are carrying.

Sales Specialist | IT Sales | Prior Sales or Cold Calling Experience Required

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage new customers and existing pipelines via telephone and emails.
  • Understanding high-level and team use cases/pain points by fact finding.
  • Acquire an understanding on SAAS Work OS tools, specializing on the focus product’s Apps, API and custom integrations, including hands-on experience.
  • Build and design complex and customized technical and non-technical solutions for customers specific needs
  • Support and oversee new deals from pre-sales stage, to POC, to post sale delivery while playing an active role in designing and structuring the solution
  • Drive technical discussions with key technical stakeholders on the client side
  • Work closely with the sales, support, and partners teams, to advise and design creative solutions to fulfil customer requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Open to Fresh Grads and Candidates from other industries
  • Prior Sales or Cold Calling Experience
  • 1 – 3 IT sales experience is a plus.
  • Possess a goal-oriented mindset and determination to learn from mistakes and strive
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
